I've never had EQ2 crash on me from using /loadui, but it does totally mess up my knowledge book, tradeskill recipe list, and pretty much anything else that requires a good chunk of server-side data. Maybe I just never did anything that would trigger a crash after noticing it borked a great many other windows.
