Ya.. it's a rainbow.. it can give you items, quests or baddies...
you need a Scrying stone from the docks in TS ... stand in MIDDLE Of rainbow, and examine the scrying stone ... (they sell for 10 silver each or you can buy stack of 50..) there is a little ratonga guy on the dock (left side as you go on it) who sells the stones ...
i've gotten some nice items from them... however, if you 'disturb something', be ready to either fight it, or run clear to the zone and exit.. it will NOT stop chasing you ...
