Would have been best to include a link in your post to the one you downloaded so I wouldn’t have to play guessing games.
Just downloaded the Zipfile in the above linked interface and it’s not password protected. I'd suggest you download Winzip and install it because the unzip program built into windows doesn’t do a very good job.
