Do you mean in the UIBuilder display or in-game? If you are referring to the way it looks in the UIBuilder, this is normal because of the two different targetting systems. In game it should only show once.

I can't reproduce this at all. Everything was working in a fresh directory with

Fixed this. Leftover byproduct of when I couldn't get the window to stay a minimum size.
