I have no idea if I am doing something wrong, but I have followed everything step by step, post by post. And tested over again, by deleting the folder to once again have it unzipped so I could start over with only taking bits and pieces. Nothing worked.
Is this ui going to be updated in "complete sets" again? That seems to be the easiest way for me, to wait for that. And I dont mind waiting, cuz I want to use this.

Yes it will be released as a complete set again. People got impatient with me because I am slow.
Maybe I will get fired soon and I can work on it a little more
I will see what I can do about adding the implied and also skinning for the quest, chat, and hotkey windows.
