Racial abilities that grant runspeed or glide now have a chance to dispel when struck by a player in PvP combat.
Escape spells will now fail to trigger if the caster is under a stifle, stun, or mesmerize effect when the casting completes. This is in both PvP and PvE combat, but only on a PvP server.
ITEMS
Sigil of the Swarm no longer sets the charm slot into cooldown.
