Okay I need to know how to make my t2 heals usable in the tabs next to the names in group. It seems like its only set up for t7 heals is there anyway i can do this?

if you are talking about my group window, you can
open it in text editor and use find and replace feature-
for first button : Find Grand Amelioration and replace with exact spelling of the spell you want cast instead,
next: Grand Restoration,
second row: Glorious Intercession,
and: Reverence
