Turn off the combat and zone music, or turn off everything. (you can turn them back on too!)

OnPress="Music_Volume=0 combat_music_volume=0"
and
OnPress="Master_Volume=0"

I expect at least 2 other mods with mute buttons on them on my desk by the end of the day. class dismissed.

Fantastic. I wasn't aware that those were controls as well as slash commands, so I didn't think this was doable. Thanks Insommy. :)

Side note: I am SOOOO hijacking this. :D I've got a working volume slider on the start button window and am working on having the buttons remember your previous volume settings. :cool:

Version 1.0 ready!

-If the "Master" and "Music" buttons are red, click to mute. If they're green, click to unmute. Volume settings are saved!
-Click the ">" button to show/hide the slider pane. (Window draggable via the space to the left of it.)
-Numeric values for volume settings are shown in slider pane.

Known issues:
-Cannot find any way to get the sliders to have their values set by script commands, so they'll load in the "off" position.
-Due to OnChange being "sticky", text doesn't update when changing slider values. Added OnHoverOut event to fix.
-Adjusting volume sliders automatically unmutes but doesn't change button state (might fix this before submitting).

Will release via regular channels after I get some sleep. :)

(Sorry to hijack your thread, buddy. :p Please do use this to make any improvements to yours that you see fit.)

Shouldn't red = mute? Seems to make more sense in the red means stop, and green means go, but that's just me :p

it would be sooo lovely if we could save Performance options and have a "High performance" and "low Performance" button like this easily available.

Good work :nana:

Might be possible, we'll have to look into all the settings and see what's available. I already know you can turn shadows on/off with a single click.

This makes a ton of possibilities come to mind. Maybe we could make this a request if not possible, but on the EQII "start button" make the keycombo for that window, show next to the name. I think that would rock. I have brain farts sometimes, hehe.

Those 2 are all great and all, but the only problem is that when I mute, it doesn't want to unmute. I have to manually turn the volumes back up.

You have to hit Mute twice. ;)
