Unsolvable problem
I made my option window transparent somehow and now I cant see it to make it opaque. Disregard any simple solutions lots have tried them. thet don't help. Remember you can't see the window when it is up to opeate any of the controls. The only way you know its there is that the cursor is inactive where it should be active on gamme objects behind the Options window.

Did you try pressing F10?

or as you apparently already know where it is, just right click it.
