Hotbar/Hotkey window
 

I installed the new Fetish last night and was wondering if there is a way to set the hotbar like the default UI, with a scrollbar to switch between my hotbars just like the default UI.

Yep there is...right click on the hotbar when you see the double arrow *the one that points in both directions on the left end of the hotbar and click on Window Settings. Then push the bars all the way to the right. THis is so that you'll see the scroll bar.

Next right click on the hotbar again and select Hotkey Options. Click in the box for "show spinner" and "reverse spinner"

This should do it. This way not only will you see the scroll bar for scrolling between hotbars on just one hotbar but you will also see the black area above and below it...click on that black area to click and drag to move the hotbar around to where you want it.
