Updates but doesnt implement anything
 

Everytime I start EQ2 Map it scans and downloads fine. However there are no changes in EQ2 and it appears to download the same 533+ files each time. (33.2MB)

I have let it complete its download and install of the files several times now, to no end.

XP Pro SP2
Windows Firewall

Could be one of many things. The ones that come to my mind are.....

a) The updater isn't detecting the previously downloaded files for one reason or another
b) The files are moved from their designated download spot (set within the updater), which could explain the reason for the aforementioned idea
c) Are you using any other UI mods offered here? Basically what I'm driving at here is whether or not you have your eq2.ini file properly set up along with the settings within the EQ2Map updater. If you are using another mod (i.e. ProfitUI or Fetish, for example), do you have an eq2.ini file set up to point at that UI directory as well as having the map updater pointed to that same directory to put all the map files in?

Hey mate, thanks for the reply. I re installed it and now it is working fine. Not sure what caused it lol but alls well :)

My brothers responce is always "User error" lmao but this is yet to be proven
