If the UI loads all its resources like it says so in the little loading bar, doesnt that mean that you can edit the UI fiiles while in game, zone, then have a different UI??

If this is true, then this should solve the problem with logging in, checking on UI, then logging out again to change one tiny thing. All you would have to do is zone...havent tried it yet.

I have tried /camping and /quit'ing to char select to try changes. Didn't work for me.

Same, I tried camping to character select and that didn't reload my UI changes. Had to exit the game completely.
