Error message
 

I received this error message after waiting 18 min for neriak.vpk to download (something I have to do each time I log in). I spoke about this problem in the forum but am unsure if this area is the same place or not.

Here is the message:

Please help me with these problems because my frustration with this game and the new update is increasing.

Looks like 'http://maps.eq2interface.com/POI_files/extrafile_list.xml' got corrupted while you where downloading other things. Rerun EQ2MAP updater and it'll prob work fine.

Your neriak.vpk issue isn't part of EQ2MAP sorry.

If you see the Launchpad downloading the same .vpk file every time you play you probably have a cache problem. The cache is saying your .vpk file is out of date each time when it shouldn't.

Try doing a full file scan from the Launchpad, Preferences - Full File Scan - OK, and that should fix it.
