good ui?

I am looking for a nice complete UI that will tell me these things,
my XP percent
my hp/mana(numbers)
my pets hp/mana(numbers)

i want it relatively simple i like to keep my screen clean but i do like some fancy stuff, i am a gnome necromancer.
