Port from EQInterface?
Just wondering where I should request a port? Would it be best to go to EQInterface.com and see if the author of the one I'm interested in would port it, or could someone else from here do them with permission? Or should I ask permission and do it myself?
I am REALLY interested in a port of the AYA Interface. See post here: http://www.eqinterface.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=10631 Suggestions on how I should go about it? Here is a screenshot from the post: ![]() |
I'm bumping this to top - I haven't gotten a reply, so just seeing if anyone else has any suggestions?
I asked at EQInterface, and my topic was locked, and was told to ask here (which I am, again). Would I not want to ask there (EQInterface), since it would be that person's intellectual property? What if they don't read the forums here? Anyone? Heeelp! ![]() |
best way to get someone to do an entire port like this is to either
A. Have a ton of people that want it, and one of them knows how to use UIBuilder or B. Learn to use UIBuilder and edit DDS and do it yourself :) UIBuilder is a lot less complicated than it looks. I made a general introduction in the XML forum ________ Peach |
you really cant "Port" something from eqlive, you'd have to do everything but the images from scratch.
