New here and need some suggestions :)
 

I have been looking at the different options here but can't decide. I play a 70 Warlock but I am also leveling a Templar(currently lvl57). Would love to find a ui that is ok to use with both toons in eq2 :) thanks in advance :)

Check the main page on the right hand side.
There are categories there that show the overall standing of interfaces and how the community thinks about them.

Favorites, most downloaded, etc...

Fetish, Profit, ExtremeUI, ThorUI, are some of the most popular "complete" interface packages offered here.

I recommend you try them all and choose for yourself as its all a matter of personal preference. (Install is quite simple for most of those mentioned above)

And lets not forget the option to pick and choose from individual interface pieces. ;)
