Duration on hotbar.
 

Ive been looking for a UI/Addon, whatever its called. That makes you see the timer on your skills

Example: Youre casting Back shot, and then it counts down.

Only thing I have seen close to this is a separate timer window but you have to hit the timer after pressing the cast button on your hotbar and you have to set it for a specific time. That means you have to know the casting time and remember to press both each time which can be inconvenient. Would be nice if sony would give us the dynamic data to use but until they do having this info in the hotbar is not yet possible.
