Spell Effects
 

in beta the buff/spell icon windows showed duration and name of the effect as a mouseover tooltip .. was a great thing, instead of right-clicking and viewing as it is now ..

was wondering if its possible to get that through an ui mod :cool:

Just to clarify ... If I buff the group with Call of Arms yiou want to see the time left on that buff and it's name? Because I currently can see that. I can see my own and others buffs timers and names.

um yea ... playing on valor and we currently dont see that, and its pretty anoying bc of the few variety of buff icons

if i move my mouse over the icon, i just get to see "spell effects" .. instead as it was like in beta where it showed the name of the buff and the time left on it

I don't know what's going on on your end, but the Default buff and maintained windows still work just how they did in beta.

Try deleting your character's eq2_uisettings.ini file.

nope, no solution .. actually just resets all ui settings, but doesnt change the fact that the tooltip on buff icons still says "spell effects" instead of name and time left.


and its a bit annoying if you are loaded with something like 20 effects+ ^^


maybe its got something to do that Valor and Innovation are on a different patch level, but that would be too easy, wouldnt it ? ^^
