[Map Request] Obelisk of Blight
 

Except for the maps that SOE released with EoF, I have not seen any effort to map the EoF instances. Is anyone working on this? If I knoew how to use the mapping tools I would try it myself, but have not a clue! Yes, I have read the directions on map mapping and it goes right past me :)

if you look below. I've sent in a map sub-mission for The Divianian throne room. lvl 30 instance in crushbone keep. just waiting for it to be added and I'll try to do more.

the problem with places like Obolisk of Blight is you have to clear the whole instance to map it.....

I've done with my buddies the zone multiple times. How do I actually do those maps? could help out, if its not very difficult task (read it'd be automatized so I would need to send say chat.log or other such data).

I think there is a sticky on how to map, its not that hard at all.

making the log is easy....making it to a map is a bit harder.


when I ran my map through the xml thing they posted you could barely recognize it lol....I mean I made it so I could...but barely.

I couldn't figure out how to "edit" the lines with the Inkscape program so I just made a new map based on the old one.... here's what I got

ok....throne.png is the one I made freehand....

and polyline1875.png is the one made from the log file....I think they are pretty close lol

I don't know what zone Erislon was talking about, but it couldn't have been The Obelisk of Blight.
