how i get from Maj'Dul to anywhere in Qeynos???

Right click the carpet under the tent (to your left when you get off the docks). If you're from Qeynos you can go to QH, if you're from FP or Kelethin you can only return to your respective city.

Or use your Call of Qeynos if you're from there.

If you're not from Qeynos, the quickest way to get there from Maj'Dul is to ask/bribe a druid or wizard to port you to Antonica. Otherwise you'll need to return to your hometown via the carpet at Sinking Sands dock, buy a ticket to Thundering Stepes, run to Antonica, then ride the griffon.

There are a couple shortcuts if you have or have completed certain quests, but they aren't commonly used.
