Personal, Pet and Target health bars go from red-yellow-green when changing chars
 

I have noted that on extremeUI in 1600x1024 (only rez I have run) that when I change toons that the health bars all go froom shaded green on the left to regular green on the right. It does it for all of the bars that use the same color scheme. I also note that the target bar will often become only 5% of the normal area it was previously. I have removed and repatched as well as made a clean copy of the game to another directory (only PAKs were copied), patched and then reinstalled the UI. Same thing happens each time.

Any ideas what is going on or some change I am missing?
