Can not launch game
 

Today I logged into my game, then went to log to my alt, got a message that was wrong user/password, booted me out, now i can not get game to relaunch..any ideas please help.
One day last week seen some post on game of a launch pad down time, could that be the problem ..Please Advise...Shanna Silvermist of Oasis

A rep from SOE just posted in the Chit-Chat section informing us that the entire login service has been disrupted. They are currently working on the issue and you can rest assured that it's not a problem on your end.
