got a question on the chat window, and another feature
 

what can i do to fix my chat window to keep it from dropping down over the line i typwe my chat out, because it is a pain trying to type in chat in a fight and can't see what i'm typing to not type any typo's?

I'm sorry if this was asked before, but my search was coming up empty on this particuliar thing.


The next thing I done a fresh install of the 8.0 loving it so far. but the nightvision i can't click onit because the button is greyed out. what is the prupose of the night vision and how can i use it.

I looked for the FAQ on the download page and update notes, and couldn't find them. I even unzipped 8.0 again to my desktop and looked in there and only see a readme file, that tells how to install the nightfall.

The FAQ is stickied at the top of this forum. It's also linked from the top of the main download page.

Chat window: use Window Settings to enable the titlebar. You can hide it by turning the opacity down.

Nightvision has no effect on Raid or Extreme profile settings. When in Good, Performance or or better modes, its disables some of the shadowing making it easier to see in the dark.

k np, my main is kerran and i use his sonic vision allot in dark areas. besides i use extreme settings, to reduce the lag i get on this machine that barely meets min specs. :)
