Slow Tooltip Popup
 

I am not sure but I think since the EoF release, my tooltips that popup from the hotbar keys seem to be very very slow to appear. Other tooltips pop up fine.. etc.. buffs, maintained spells etc.

Anyone know what can be causing this? I am using the Mortis hotbars. I even tried another hotbar mod and same thing. So it must be something with the EoF release.

the patch that went live with EoF added the ability to adjust tooltip delay via Options. When there wasn't any option the tooltip delay was set at or near 0 and now it defaults to something else. This is why you noticed the difference.
