Nevermind, I'm a 'tard. I assumed UIBuilder gets updated with EQ2 patches. Seems I have to download updates from here. ;_;

The one in the zip file in your everquest 2 directory should be the most current. Thats all the one here is..

Correct. That file is updated with the patcher... if you delete it you'll notice it come back =)
