Submit POI changed a number

I was attempting to submit my first POI (in Nek Forest). The submissioin form changed a number, resulting in a location on the opposite side of the map. I think there aren't enough spaces in the form. I tried submitting it with and without commas between the three numbers but that resulted in zeros (0.00) for the second and third numbers. The number I was trying to submit is (-707.54, 81.04, -1,606.02). The form truncated the third number and moved the decimal point to 1.60.

There is your culprit, you need to remove that comma I marked in red before submitting.

Edit: Oh, post 666 - beware! :D

Yep, thats your problem.

You cannot use commas or anything in that number system.

Commas are a way of easily reading large numbers and should never be used when entering data. It's more a human-ease thing... but it makes it hard for computers.

Especially when you consider that Europe would right $1,999.99 as $1.999,99

And thats why we don't input commas ;)

Maybe when parsing user input for POIs an error message with an explanation should be given if there are more than two commas.

That'd be a good idea. =)
