Button Bar, Equipment, and Effects tooltips not appearing
 

The title says it all. I've tries changing the tooltip settings, and no change. All tooltips regarding button bars, bags, equipment, and buffs are not appearing. Though when I mouseover a buff I get the window's name not the actual buff name. I have to examine whatever I want to see at the moment...

I'm having no problems...

Try freshly installing Fetish 7.5.

Also: Are you modding the fetish UI in any way (IE, any other pieces)?

You probably have an old eq2ui_fonts.xml file in your UI directory.

Note Fetish does not include this file for a reason :p

SOE updated the fonts used by tooltips. If you have an old fonts file in your custom UI for some reason, it needs to be updated or deleted.

A fresh install fixed everything.
