Missing Target Window

Hi - Just installed interface and all seem to be working. However went I click on someone or am in a battle I cannot get the target window to display. I have tried on all characters. - Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Press Alt +T a few times....it's an odd game bug. I had this problem once where my target window disappeard but my implied target window would show up....pressing Alt + T a few times brought everything back to normal.
