Jumbled up
 

I recently installed the Nightfall UI skin. But when i load up eq2 the UI is all jumbled up. Usually it is in the default UIs locations. How do i fix this? Iv check the FAQ, and searched the forums, with no help on this. Im very confused.

Sounds like it's one of two things for you.

Are you having problems moving the windows? If so, they're probably locked. You can either unlock each one separately via the right click context menus (on each window) or I believe you can unlock them all within the game options.

Or are you asking why the windows aren't positioned the way they are in the screenshots in the download section? If this is what you're driving at, then it's most likely because you aren't using on of the provided window placement files (server_character_eq2_uisettings.ini, found within the layouts folder in the .zip file). Choose the proper file for the desired resolution, then modify the name to reflect your server and character name.

That is my problem, I tried to copy/paste to contents of the 1280x1024 UI settings into my characters file.
