Infocenter Custom folder making
 

In the infocenter install fact it say

If you don't already have a custom UI folder, then you need to create one and tell the game to use it. Instructions for doing so can be found elsewhere on this site

but cant find any place with the info....

There is a sticky at the top of this section Titled "Howto: Install an Interface ". It tells how to set everything up.

From the main menu bar of this Site, Click on FAQ->Installing->How do I install a custom interface?

That should do it for ya:)
