Selling in Merchant mode...
 

Pardon my asking here... Better crowd of people here than on the EQII boards.

But when I go into merchant mode and set up my wares, I noticed that after I have had something for sale before, sold it completely (so I don't have it in my bag anymore) and I get more later to sell again, I have to reassign a price like when I first started selling it.

But I noticed on my wifes computer, when she sells something completely out (it is no longer in her bag) and later she gets more, her previous prices are still there. Even though she sold it all. So all she has to do is just click the 'add to sale list' rather than reassign a price.

What gives?? Is there something wrong with my game?

Maybe it is tied to your user settings?

If you quit the game by /exit or /camp desktop, your settings are not saved. If you /camp to the character select screen, and then exit the game that way, your settings are saved.

Next time, exit that way and see if it saves your prices.

Thanks Elenna! Unfortunately most of the time when I play, I usually quit for the night after the game decides to kick me out (which happens a little too often if you ask me).

Kinda wish there was a lag meter to see when I am lagging versus just freezing up and throwing me out suddenly.
