Chat windows reset
 

Each time I log on I have to go thru and reset all my chat tabs. IE selecting the seperate chat parts i want displayed in each tab. Can anyone tell me what to do about this?

Sounds to me like you may have a corrupt ui settings file (SERVER_CHARACTER_eq2_uisettings.ini).

Delete the one you have (or back it up somewhere) and make a new one (by either using the wizard in the AU or log in and let the game make it (be warned, though....if you go this route, you will need to manually position the windows).

Once the file is recreated, you will (obviously) need to reset all the filters.

I think this should fix the issue. But I have known to be wrong.....once or twice ;P
