800 x 600 resolution
 

Hi there,

I was wondering if there is any way to change to resolution to 800 x 600 without going into windowed mode. What xml file would I play with? I'm really new to this stuff but I've already managed to go in to a few files and modify some fonts to larger sizes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You just want your game resolution to be that? Should be Options -> Performance,

Theres a tab in that section that has a little drop down menu with resolutions you can set right in game.

Unfortunately the minimum setting in that drop box is 1024x768.

You will want to place the following into your eq2.ini file:

(If you don't have one, make a copy eq2_recent.ini in your EQ2 folder, rename it to eq2.ini, and clear everything out of it, then paste this in.)
