Zone reuse
 

Please can someone mod the zone reuse timer in any way or even post the files for the default one!

For some reason no matter how many times i re-download everything, and belive me I have done it alot of times :) I cannot get this window to work!

All I get is a black square and a key in the top left corner.

Your eq2ui_mainhud.xml file probably does not contain the include statement for this new window.
