Can't open new Guild search window
 

I made an alt mostly just to see what the new guild search was like for new players. He is unguilded, but when I hit "U" nothing happens. When I go Start - Guild nothing happens. Both open the Guild window for all my other guilded characters.

First I thought it was a mod problem so I deleted the mainhud_guild out of my UI directory and went to the default. Still nothing even though on my other characters I can clearly see that it has gone back to the SOE default Guild window.

Finally I tried using the /load_uisettings and copying the UI layout from another character. Still nothing.

As a last resort I repointed my eq2.ini the default UI (eliminating ALL mods) and it worked fine.

So if it's not the mainhud_guild that's stopping this from working, what else could it be?

Try this..

Open EQ2ui_mainhud.xml

add the following lines to your includes..

<include>eq2ui_mainhud_guildbrowser.xml</include>
<include>eq2ui_mainhud_guildrecruitingdetails.xml</include>

just above the

</Page>
