Chat window that lets you chat as you zone?
 

I've heard that some people have this, could someone tell me which UI chat download allows me to chat still as I zone?

Aimen, it is not a chat mod that allows this, you will need a "zoning mod"

Try Mook Full-function Zoning for example or one of the complete sets or compilations that includes this feature.
