EQ Map Auto Updater problem

when i start the program i get an error # 0xc0000135 before the updater even opens.

This is a very common problem, the answer is in many many places. The EQ2map FAQ (on the eq2map website), The page you downloaded the program from, and searching on the term 135 error.
