Help with tooltip error
 

I just made a compilation of a bunch of UI pieces I liked but have run in to one problem. I get an error saying You are using a UI mod that is not compatible with recent changes to the tooltip system, Please upgrade your UI mod to a compatible one or revert to the default UI.

What file is it that contains the information on the tooltips?

EDIT Updated Error message to exact wording..

Also I started with the Classic Fetish Mod and changed out a few windows.
