Hey guys, I'm sorry to post this n00b map, but it's best I can think off, I am not capable of making those maps yall make, but I figure it is hopefull for some people (I know it's for me).
With this map you get a better vision of where you can travel with the clouds from wich island off...

The yellow dots where the stripes start is where the portal padds are...i tried entering new poi but the loc put it at eaglewatch island, while i was standing at Island of Desolation lol

I think the pad locations already say where they go, and the default Sony icons say which island is which.
