I see no difference at all
 

I have downloaded the Thor AU and installed it and let it update, now when I login and type in /loadui and choose Thor it basically resets everything to how it looked whenI first logged into EQ for the first time.

None of the menus/windows look any different at all.

Do I need to download something else to go along with the autoupdater?

How do I pull up an 'option' screen to configure Thor the way I want it?

New to EQ2 so any suggestions are appreciated.

I suggest re-install ThorUI and do NOT use the /loadui command in-game.

If you install the Auto-Updater correctly, you shouldn't have to do anything else, really.

After you've got ThorUI to work as intended you can use the Advanced options in the Auto-Updater to customize your UI even more than the default settings for this magnificent UI-mod.

Be sure you have the window placement files selected within the features section. :) Hmm may want to make sure you have anything selected. :)
