Quick question...

Does anyone know how to keep the window settings stay custom 'set'?

I made my bags with 'frame only' and when I close them and reopen them, they open with 'frame and titlebar' everytime. Even if I check the 'locked' windows option, they still reappear with 'frame and titlebar' and they can be moved around again.

What gives? Is this a bug they are currently working on or is there something entirely wrong with the installation of my game?

This is a known bug with the bag windows. It is currently fixed on the Test server.

insomniac

what you do is goto the main eq2 folder there they have a folder called TestServer make a short cut of the .exe there to dest top now goto the Main eq2 fold and select all but remove files "TestServer, cache, logincache, and eq2_default.ini" and copy and past the rest to the "TestServer" folder

now just run the "TestEQ2.exe" and lest the computer do the updates.

doing this avoids having to DL the who game through the modem. done this a hundred times in Planetside, same prosess only dife is they created a folder with in the Main for this purpose instead of having to Create an who new Main.

Thanks Deathbane! It's good to know they are at least doing something about it.

I was talking the the patches, Isn't it beta style with massive patches every week?

Deathbane27 12-07-2004 04:16 AM

Hard to say, the test server has only been up a week or so. :P

Running the patcher now to see how much has been updated in the last 3 days...

Nothing. It was the weekend, though. :P
