Jan4th UI worked once, reinstalled EQ2, worked once

PleaseHelp,
On Jan4th/06 I resubscribed to EQ2 after a 2 month absence, decided to try EQ2 custom UI's for first time. Tried a few assorted mods, but did not work. Switched line order in the eq2.ini file and it worked once.

Gotta have a custom UI sooooo I"ll reinstall EQ2, my character is only level 6 and I will use a complete mod from Fetish, it worked 1log on log
off then next logon its back to the default UI, what gives. Stumped IN LONDON,ONTARIO, CANADA.

This is an update to my problem.
By going into the game and back out again my custom ui works, but I can't seem to establish a pattern to it yet. I can tell within 5 secs if the Fetish Nightfall mod is gonna load at the start. Bye
