Sorry if in the wrong place
 

OK one stupid question (I thought I knew the answer but apparently I'm dumber than I thought). Lets say I have a basic setup on a character that I like, how can I duplicate to another character? (I thought it was simply a matter of changing the character.ini file but apparently I'm wrong). The character in question is a new character created after the initial install of ThorUI (if it matters)

It is a matter of simply changing the character.ini file. When I make a new toon, I create him, log into the game, then campout. After doing this I switch the character.ini file. I believe when you first create a toon the game automatically makes a new ini file for that character without checking to see if one is there already.

Create character>log in>log out>switch ini. :)

ok in your eq2 directory. there will be a .ini file for each of your charachters. ie. somesevername_sometoonsname_eq2_uisettings.ini format may be different. find that copy and paste it somewhere, perhaps your desktop. rename it to match the server and charater name of your new toon. Save and repaste back to you eq2 directory and say yes to overwrite. Hope that helps.
