Does the OCD ui come with the CHARACTER_SERVER_eq2_uisettings.ini file? anyone know?

Ocd is a bit FUBAR atm .. you will have to donload all the patches that peeps have submitted in order for it to work now, way I understand... As I recall I dont think OCD had a setings file tbh (i could be wrong likes) .. I think it was just based on how and where you placed the windows as to your own preferance so to speak m8.

(but dont qoute me on that lol)
