Remembered another one

Sorry about hte multiple posts...

In the inventory window I would like to re-size the icons around the paper doll and whatnot.

However, when I do re-size the icons, the image displayed in them (placeholder images) is not shown completely... doesn't scale with the icon size.

Is there a way to resolve that?

I like some of the new window formats...they are just TOO big :) This window is one of them that I would like to attempt to shrink down (about 1/2 size, maybe more.)

Thanks again,
V

You have to resize the "slot" icons and the image that will go there as well

You'll need to set the propertie of the slot images to stretch=True as it is its set to false and will not resize correctly. Then once you do that you will have to set a new sourcerect because SOE only made sure the left, top location was correct witch works ok if you dont' sue stretch=true.

That worked perfectly! :D

Now about those other questions ;)

The image coordinates are off on SOE's version as well.
Not to mention some of the numbering that is supposed to assist with overlapping the correct slots.

You could grab a version of mine and work from that.

And don't forget (holding shift down and clicking) selects multiple items therefore allowing you to modify multiple statements at once and or move by groups.

Why couldn't they just make it CTRL instead of SHIFT like everything else :p

*GASP*

That would be way to easy or the dev that made it didn't know you could hold shift down and select every thing inbetween the 1st selected and the last selected.. Naa that couldn't be it.

(mostly just typed all that becuase *GASP* was to short and it would let me post)

One other thing you need to watch out for when modding the inventory. The Slot image numbers don't all match up to the icong numbers.. That eat my lunch the 1st time I moded the inventory window and assumed they matched.. I should of know better..

Viallynor 11-11-2005 08:28 AM

Was there any particular reason why they made it so they do not match...
Or could some really ambitious bored person do such a thing and make the crowd go wild?
