text file to do the UI
might be silly to some, but how exactly do you make the text file to do the UI?
Go back to your Everquest II directory and create a new text file and put the following code inside of it: Code: cl_ui_skinname bobsui cl_ui_subdir UI/ thanks |
Several ways
Right click on desktop and make it and move it to your folder Or in your folder make it there |
Does the .ini (new text file) get put inside the UI folder or in the Everquest 2 directory. I still can't get a piece to load even after following the directions and restarting the game.

Make sure the file is named eq2.ini
Make sure it's placed in the same folder as everquest2.exe, not the UI folder. And if you have a localized version folder, make sure it's in THAT folder. :P |
eq2.ini is in the Everquest 2 folder. My hard drive is partitioned so EQ is on D for me. Still can't get an individual piece to load, I managed to get a whole UI set to load, but I wasn't happy with it.
