IRC Addon?

Are there any addons out there that allow you to use IRC while playing EQ2 fullscreen? If so could I get a link? Much appreciated.

Find a program that uses the iRC that would have the option of "Always stay on top of other windows". Not sure if any are out there that have that option, but that is probably your only hope.

PowerMenu can put any window always-on-top.
