Friends list
 

Well you may or may not know that the existing friends list is kinda useless in EQ2, and I was simply wondering if it would be possible to see the friends list with those options:

Friend name - Location/Zone&Zone nr - Class - Level - Race
Online friends are in say green, offline friends are in gray or something, another alternative is to just add an Online/Offline text to the above.

Personally I have no idea how to do this but I'm sure there's someone around here who does :)

There' is probably a reason
 

Everything that you want can be accomplished with a simple command. That is probably why they didn't turn the friends list into a Instant Messenger product. I'm suprised they even gave us what they did. Just use the command:

/who all friends

As far as I can tell, none of the data you want is exposed to us for modding the UI.
