Ok found it!

To make the lotto window work (if you're using a different UI than default) do the following:

Copy the file: EverQuest II\UI\Default\eq2ui_mainhud_lotto.xml to your alternative interface folder, in my case EverQuest II\UI\Fetish

Now you must edit the file eq2ui_mainhud.xml in your alternative interface folder to tell EQ2 to use the added file. Simply open eq2ui_mainhud.xml with notepad and add the line
Code:
<include>eq2ui_mainhud_lotto.xml</include>

That fixed the problem for me.

Hope it helps! it sure did for me

line must be added BEFORE </page> not after.

As per a few other threads the solution doesnt require you to do this step and will cause you problems if they release a patch to the lotto window.

Never copy default interface files into your custom folder. Its not needed and will only cause problems later on.

All you need is the include code added to your eq2ui_mainhud.xml
