[TEST] 9.28.05 (LU14b) - Interface Changes
 

This is the 2nd part of [TEST] 9.22.05 (LU14a) - Interface Changes.

*** UI Window Enhancements ***
- The lock and delete buttons in the Events tab should now function correctly.
- The "remove" button should again remove players from the guild.
- The "change rank name" button will no longer open a large number of rename windows.
- Several more UI files have been reskinned:
* Merchant
* Help
* Book
* Feedback
* Group Options
* Set Price

The left side is what was on test 9.22.05 (LU14a) and the right side is what is on the test server now 9.28.05 (LU14b). Changes are shown in red and some xml above and below the changes are left in for context.

Please keep in mind these changes have not gone live yet and more changes may be in the works and only introduced on patch day.
